We will send a monthly statement and expect insurance companies to respond within four to six weeks. If your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within this timeframe, please contact our office. Any remaining balance after insurance payment is your responsibility, and prompt payment is appreciated. We can arrange a monthly payment plan if set up before the procedure.
